Harriet Christian Talks Straight

--
This is a simple and straight forward as it gets. I had the honor of meeting this terrific woman during my stay in Denver. She is remarkable, sweet and well... a real New Yorker.

Go get em Harriet.

This is the video that put her on the map. Can we all say 'hail Harriet'

Go Harriet go ! You speak the truth, what we all feel. But some are afraid to say. No Obama for me, it's McCain .

Hillary in 2012 !

She is saying how so many of us feel. A lot of us are so sick and tired of the bull......

Keep fighting. I too was a Hillary supporter and a lifelong democrat, but have now decided to vote for McCain. The democratic party has lost its moral compass and I do not want to be an enabler.

Megan says Go Harriet, you said it all. I'm also a Mc Cain supporter now from the State of Washington where on caucus day it was like a third world country, with many disenfranchised.

No matter what the outcome was...I'm still for Hillary...I can't vote for someone who I don't trust or like...who is arrogant...cocky and thinks he has this election in the bag..I am soooooooooooo PROUD of Hillary and how she presented herself on Tuesday night...Hillary was a "CLASS ACT"..She spoke like a true President...She did "ROCK" the house...she did what she "HAD" to do...what was expected of her...as did Bill...
HILLARY...TO ME....IS THE WINNER...LOOK OUT COME 2012!!
GOD BLESS YOU...HILLARY AND I'M A PROUD NEW YORKER WHERE YOU ARE MY SENATOR!!

Me too, a New Yorker for Hillary all the way to 2012 if she is still there.

No Obama

Can't believe Dems discarded many good candidates, fawning over the Dem version of GWB - BHO. As carefully stated at NAAO's website, McCain is better, is our best option; also third parties help our PUMA message.

i really dislike neil cavuto he is also a sexist and saying the most stupidist things when it comes to the clintons and us hillary supporters. there's a special place in hell for him too. i am sick of these men w/manhood issues

I, too, was in tears (again)after Hillary's speech, BUT as an old-time Democrat and ardent women's/civil/animal rights advocate I cannot in good conscience vote for McCain and/or the Republican Party. I just can't. I also believe Hillary is so savvy that she must know something that we don't see yet, and that we can't cut off our collective noses in order to appease our righteous rage. Lastly, I believe the truth will out (after Hillary/Bill's speech already many are seeing a glimmer)so must trust our voices will be heard, but NEVER under Republican rule.

I want to be Harriet if I ever grow up!

PUMA ~

I love Harriet-God Bless her. I know how she feels and I thought that way for a while myself. Then, I read some of the MCCain bloggers and they were laughing at the PUMAS and saying "Thanks Pumas". That made me made-I don't want anyone laughing at the PUMAS!! We are hurt and disappointed as well we should be. Cry scream, work out-whatever you have to do -get it out of your system. Then vote for the selected candidate so that at least the Democrats get back in the White House. Meanwhile we research and file charges against the DNC-Pelosi, Dean, etc. We need to stay united and focused. My Dad (MILITARY LIFER) always said don't get mad-get even. That's what we have to do. Then in 2012 we make sure Hillary gets in- Right? Biden is a great guy and there will be the Clintons to help guide him too. Who knows-maybe Hillary decided to let "The Magnificent" do all the dirty work-trying to clean up this horrendous mess and when she gets the nomination in 2012-it won't be as bad. Ha! Smart woman-Hillary!

Sorry a correction to the previous blog-(didn't spell check) I meant "It made me mad" not made. I'm sure you got it though.

Jacqualynn from Maryland....While watching the Convention..it literally came alive when Hillary, Bill & Joe Biden spoke. It all most brought tears to my eyes! There stood all of the EXPERIENCE and wisdom paving the way for WHAT? A young man who has done nothing more than most of us who have served in our communities and cared about our fellowman! And with my college degree, love of this Country and yearning to have things the way they USED TO BE, I KNOW that I do not have the wisdom and EXPERIENCE to run the most powerful Country in the world, AND NEITHER DOES OBAMA! And that IS the problem, people, Americans like myself do see him as an equal in SOME ways and because of that they KNOW that he does NOT have what a candidate SHOULD have for the position that he has been SELECTED to serve. For that reason I sincerely HOPE that Americans wake up before they ALLOW our Country to be handed to an incompetent nice guy. Harriet completely hit the nail on the head with EVERYTHING she said!!! I applaud her!

The fact that Bill and Hillary were not at the big show tonight, tells me everything I need to know.

Fight on Puma's. Do not be discouraged.

November isn't here yet. I can't wait until the Republicans unleash what they got on Obama. We may not have to vote for McCain or other options.

Make no mistake, there is no PARTY UNITY despite the liars of the DNC, MSM.

I thought it was gracious of McCain to congratulate our loser on being the first black candidate for President and his nomination tonight and that he looked forward to the fray starting tomorrow. Let the games begin.

Harriet, you tell it like it is, girl!

Obama's the other side of the Bush coin. McCave and Obamarama do not present American voters with a real substantive choice. Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dumb. Obama is the Manchurian puppet run by George Soros, GE and the nuclear energy lobby, and the billionaire oil corporate head honchos really need a war in PAKISTAN!

Obambi's valuable "experience" in Foreign Relations comprises his backpacking trip with his teenaged friends in Indian/Pakistan in the '80s! Wow! Impressive experience, creds for the President's job, right!? Zeus save us from the 3:00AM call! Between McCave's untreated emotional war scars and Sweetie's untreated narcissistic personality disorder and megalomaniac tendencies, mother earth help us!...

The misogynist Obama camaign and the media frat-boys pushed this inexperienced, dangerously narcissistic megalomaniac Barry Soetoro-Hussein Obama Jr. to a fraudulent 'finish' line of superdels! The caucuses were rigged by Obama's bused-in supporters, some of whom were 'dead' and not on the residents' list, and his young thugs that harassed and threatened with violence (documented) older women and girls! See "We will not be Silenced" by Gigi Gaston. Must see to educate yourselves on Obama's high-minded tactics!

See Brad Mays' "THE AUDACITY OF DEMOCRACY' and Gigi Gaston's "WE WILL NOT BE SILENCED" documentary!

Want proof that "periodically, Obama feels down and starts launching attacks against Hillary"...Sure, he's "likeable enough"...but view his youtube mega-hit:

"OBAMA GIVES HILLARY THE FINGER"

where he appears on the N.C. stage the day after his patheticlaly stuttering performance in Pa. ABC Debate, to insult in a JayZ Rapper fashion, his fellow female senator, HIllary Clinton!

Make sure you view this exDemocratic Party's Oscar-winner coming to a theatre near you in November:

"PUMAS GIVE THE FINGER TO OBAMA IN THE VOTING BOOTH" -- Nov. 5/08

Unmissable for all women. Beats the Sisterhool of the Travelling Pants and Sex in the City!

You go, PUMAS, let 'em hear you roar!

No McCave '08
Nobama '08
Write-in HIllary!

And write to MSNBC - demand Chris Matthews resign;
Write and demand Keith Olbermann's resignation.

*Join the Women's Media Centre and begin to fight for Women's Fair Represeantion in the Media. Do not allow Hillary's holocaust to be repeated on your daughters! Never again!*

As a proud supporter of HRC, I agree, I agree, I agree!!! This nonsense about voting for John McCain needs to STOP NOW.

Hillary's run at this is over, and we need to accept that fact as graciously as she has. Get REAL: We will NEVER be heard on our issues by John McCain, but we HAVE been heard by Obama; Hillary has made sure of that, and I trust her judgement.
I see you all have nothing to say after his acceptance speech last night...interesting.

In Response to ALL of you "PUMAS":

This is personal, Don't you DARE screw up this election for us: I have been out of work for 6 MONTHS now because of this sucky Bush economy and I def do NOT want 4 more years of the same!!!!!!
I have decided to support Obama so that MY voice will be heard.

I guess they'd rather have 4 more years of idiots led by McCain and Eskimo Girl than a change.
Which, BTW, was endorsed by OUR Hillary!

I am with Harriet. There has been so much wrong by the DNC, the coccus voting, and how the DNC handled this
convention or Obama I should say..
I hope to heck since McCain has picked a woman, that McCain wins big time to show them dumb a__ES in the
democratic party how stupid they are..Most of those people that run the party are women, and they are so jealous of Hillary. I can't believe all she has done for this convention and she is slapped in the face....She gave 110% and Obama gave 0%...You can see that Michele was the person behind Hillary not
getting the VP..She hates the
Clintons also...Wait until November comes...I for one will be on
McCains side ....voting for the 1st time in my life for a Republican...
At least he has the fortitude to
pick a woman !

Before the cat-fighting starts, I am NOT an Obama supporter.

I respect your opinion, PUMAS. From day one, I blogged and campaigned for my candidate, Hillary Clinton, with all my heart. She and Bill are my heros, as is Al Gore and Ted Kennedy - Democratic Powerhouses all.

I will vote as Hillary and Bill asked me to vote - not because I want a President Obama, but because I want HOPE for this sinking country AND most important, for Hillary. Her hands will be tied if McCain wins. (so will ours)

However, with Obama and the Powerhouses in command (never doubt for one moment that they won't hold his feet to the fire), Hillary can continue to rise, rise, rise - until 2012, when she shatters that glass ceiling.

This country is drowning under Republican leadership. We have to reach for Obama's hand, however much we regret him and his original supporter, because standing behind him is Hillary, Bill, Al and Ted, and many, many other Democratic Powerhouses-reaching, reaching, reaching to save us, even now.

This Democrat trusts Hillary. She has a plan.

Please don't be DUMB-OCRATS.

Hillary needs us now more than ever, and she'll be the first to tell us that this is bigger than one election.

The Press and misguided Americans defeated our Hillary. Obama did not defeat her. This Hillary gal will never campaign for Obama. I will vote for him because that's what MY candidate asks, but I'll be wearing my Hillary 2008 button to the polls.

Hillary 2012! Hope starts here.

Sometimes I shake my head at the stupidity of some of my fellow females.
Voting for McCain because he picked a woman!? Have you done your homework on THIS WOMAN!?

Just because a person has a certain chromosome doesn't automatically make her this moral, emotional or intellectual superior over every male on earth. Not every woman is a great leader or even a great person. Granted, I'll admit Hillary would have been a great leader and she still can be in politics...you don't always have to reside @ Pennsylvnia Ave. to be a GREAT LEADER. So much good can be done in the Senate or in the cabinet.

C'mon LADIES, think with your brains and not your hormones! Think of the country and not solely about your gender.

Yeah, Robin but are you still going to be so swayed by gender and hormones to vote for McCain and his right-wing, ANTI-CHOICE, inexperienced Hockey Mom?

If so, take the next bus to St. Paul and change the name of your blog to "McCain Grassroots Campaign"
Me, I'm going to listen to Hillary and support the Democratic ticket.

I vote with my brain...not my hormones.
